never heard of ICO 3

"ICO 3"??....ahhh, am I missing something here. When was there an ICO 2? Anyways...I loved playing ICO and SotC, so what ever team ICO wants to bring to the table next is most likely going to end up in my PS3 collection. Good news!

@9, dont worry, there was no Ico 2...the editor probably has never played any of the games otherwise he would know that...or if he did his research. anyway i to LOVED ico and SotC. the sheer size of Ico's labrynth was amazing as was the size of the collosus. also the ways that you have to kill them is like a puzzle in itself. i cannot wait till i get my hands on the new edition to team Ico's list

I believe Mackenbach meant SotC was "ICO 2" hence the quotes around ICO 3.

Notice he never mentioned an "ICO 2" in his article, only ICO and SotC.

Basically, ICO 2 = SotC because it's the second game by Team ICO (that I know of, at least).

Yes I would have taken it more as the 3rd Team ICO game, not ICO 3.  But I can see the confusion.

That pic shows nothing...... but what the heck its ICO 3.  Can't freaking wait!  It would be difficult for this game to be anything but amazing.  Not saying it can't happen but I'd be very surprised.

Nice I never got a chance to check out the previous ones but people have told me they are stellar games.

this is awesome... this is probably the biggest reason i bought the ps3. shadow of the colossus was my favorite ps2 game, i listen to the soundtrack all the time. it had a huge open environment, awesome gameplay, epic battles, and the best video game music ive ever heard.

I hope they remake 1 and "2" to be PS3-level purdy =3

Some of you fail to realize that SOTC was a prequel to ICO. That's why this project is referred to as ICO 3.

Nice, a good title that needed to come to the PS3.

Its about Time.  Love the First Ico, Cant wait To play the 2

ICO was PS2s best exclusive title imho, SOTC was too samey/repetitive, I hope they follow the ICO formula

I hate numbered sequels, give us another separate title name, while obviously keeping to the same universe as last two adventures/stories
