First image of I Am Alive, new details

Developed by Darkworks (Cold Fear and Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare), I Am Alive follows the life of Adam Collins, a man who finds himself stuck in the middle of a major catastrophe, fighting for survival against mother nature.
According to I Am Alive's producer Alexis Goddard, the development team wants players to truely feel the intensity and power of the destruction and chaos that surrounds them.
"We wanted the player really feel the power of Mother Nature," said Goddard. "Nothing beats the sight of the first person to create this kind of emotions."
Outside of surviving the fallout of collapsing buildings and navigating around giant open crevices where the earth has cracked leaving gaping cavities, players will need to find essential items such as water and eventually weapons and ammunition.
I Am Alive is due for release later this year.

smells like a port 2 me besides they already ruined it by saying its a survival game weapons and ammo are limited

Funny dude!! LOL!!
Anyway, what the heck is wrong with the devs nowadays? Most of them are not releasing any info on their games for a long time, I mean, for example, this game, 2 Days 2 Vegas, This is Vegas, Cipher Complex, ect. Do we know what those games actually looks like? The gameplay I mean, do we? No! If this is their way of cheap "hyping" their games it really isn't working for them.
I'll really won't care about this game until I see something concrete, you know, like gameplay. I won't waste my time with dumb renders or target screenshots.

The trailer a while back for this game looked good and I love the idea of a game around surviving a natural disaster, but gameplay could ruin a perfectly good idea. So far so good, but they haven't really show anything.

sounds like americans are overstimulated your only entertained by blood, guns, and gore thats cool if your 6! as soon as you have to think for yourselves and are put it in an analytical and critical thinking situation you collapse into tiny pieces. Whether you no it or not this game maybe be a glimpse of your reality in the future. grow up use your head and quit being so dam weak.

not enough info to tell weather its a game i will like or dislike..plannin on hearing more of this one. Actually sounds interesting or at least different
