wont be getting this game unless they make the guitar compatible with rock band i dont want 2 complete sets of instruments its just a wast of money and waste of space

For anybody thinking that's this is a ripoff well that's your opinion. By going in this direction more competition will occur and that will lead to the energy to make a better product. Well that's the good scenario, bad would be things fall apart for both sides.

the fact is it is a rock band rip off now. they saw the threat rock band is to guitar hero and decided to literally hop on the BAND wagon. its not even guitar hero anymore. more like bandheroes.

The idea of one guitar being better than the other is strictly preferential. there are good and bad things about both. but atleast the Rock band guitar dosent look like a toy.
@alpha2... it is a toy. and I have to say, as much as i don't want drums, those DO look a million times better than rock bands. But to all those that say it's a copy of rock band... rock band is a copy of other games (nothing new), so gh can't really copy it.
