Has Warhawk fallen off your radar yet? If so, this should help it fly right back on.
The Warhawk Command Center is launching inside of PlayStation Home today. The Command Center allows players to join a pre-game briefing room that displays a 3D map of the battlefield, enabling users to plan out key strategic points by placing markers on the map itself. The PS Blog posted a video detailing the Command Center, which we've placed right here.
Now some good news for those who haven't played Warhawk -- the game is getting a price cut, but only temporarily. Up until March 11, you'll be able to download the high-flying action game for a mere $19.99 USD. Meanwhile, the three booster packs will be priced at $4.99, and the complete combo pack will be available for $9.99. Using our awesome math skills, that means you can download the complete Warhawk experience for $30 USD, which is how much the base game was before and will be after this promo ends. Hurry up, slackers!

I am going to have dust off the old and faithfull Warhawk.
I have been waiting for this space to be available so that I can try the Home Game Launching.
I might not be able to try tonight due to other commitments. But at least I have something to play around with this weekend, while my copy of KZ2 is being delivered. Darn that free shipping from AMAZON!!!

Actually good team work is one of the reasons why I'll never log into warhawk ever again. If you're on a team that works well (a team that actually has put together strategies and listenes to each other then) you will decimate the random players you go against every single time. But if you're one of those random players without a clan or a group of buddies with a game plan or strategy you are nothing more than loose meat for a large meat grinder.
But that's only if you know people, if you DONT know anyone then you get to be a magnet for every sadistic tard on the server looking to grief you endlessly because you have no back up. Lone wolves get torn apart in this game, period.

@Sonan well imo no need more packs just need include all packs in all maps same time and need 60 ppl or something like that support in game. 16vs16 is now little low almost all players played with each other in games so many time lol.
on-topic yes it is nice but that map works only first ppl entered and ppl who entered later is not works only watches little disapointed

@IONIXX - You are so right dude. EU has been sold down the river so many times. It's a real shame that EU home is so lacking and there really is no feedback from SONY as to why this is not being resolved.
@Alpha2 - It's still the best game ever. You should try different servers ... there's always the occasional game you stumble into that turns into a crazy kill-fest that you're on the receiving end of but that should just make you try harder and the kills you do get more satisfying. What's more is that if you find yourself in this situation then at least you can listen to a custom soundtrack from your HDD!!!
Warhawk is categorically the best game ever made. Forget GTA forget CoD4, MGS4 and all the other high profilers... this is great gaming that never gets old. It is a modern day classic.
The points are hard fought for, admittedly but there is no other game out there that provides such variety, pace and moments of side-splitting hilarity.
The new in-flux of players breathing life into this game because of home will be awesome as this game needs to be recognised for the fine piece of arcade artistry that it truly is.
BTW - played Hawx last night and it was dull in comparison. Warhawk FTW
