Lair running on PlayStation Portable remote play

It has been confirmed numerous times that Lair works via Remote Play on the PlayStation Portable. We should note, however, that it isn't the PSP hardware that is running the game; while Sony’s handheld controls the action, the processing power itself is actually handled by the PlayStation 3.
The only downside to the PSP mock version of Lair is that it simply doesn't implement the full experience. Dragons are controllable with the PSP's handle, but R2 or L2 do not work---so landing becomes impossible.
Warhawk and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 have both been tried on Remote Play, but failed to function as adequately as Factor 5’s Dragon-slaying epic.

Even though Lair isn't fully compatible on the handheld, the possibilities of such a discovery are endless. Imagine Final Fantasy XIII on the PSP. Even if not all games are supported, the prospect remains interesting.

Thats crazy. I wonder how well the PSP thumbsticks actually control the dragon.

Why don't they use the PSP for additional control instead of taking over control? ie. GRAW2 the PSP could have been used to control the drones. In other games the PSP should be used to view a map, radar, control inventory, ...
It would seem that devs don't have any innovative ideas to make use of the PSP for additional gameplay.

Hmm.. This could be a good idea for games like GRAW 2, the initial player takes control of the main guy, whereas another person works the PSP, and could fly the drone around without interupting the player. This would be sweet.

I just hope for everyone's sake that this kind of thing doesn't take off. We don't want MS taking a stab at portables.*Shudders* They can't make home consoles. I'd hate to see a handheld.
