Level 5 working on cardboard Senki for PSP

Guess one new PlayStation Portable IP wasn't enough for Level 5. The talented chaps behind Dragon Quest VIII and White Knight Story have pulled another videogaming rabbit out of their development hat- the whimsically titled Cardboard Senki, down for release next year in Japan.

Cardboard Senki has a decidedly LittleBigPlanet-ish feel to it. You play a cardboard robot named LBX, who must navigate cardboard environments and upgrade himself at stores with cardboard components.

Exactly how you go about navigating (or, for that matter, interacting with) said environment is still a mystery, but we're betting Level 5 has taken a few leaves from Paper Mario's book.

This morning is certainly shaping up to be a good one for the world's most powerful fingerprint magnet. Thanks to Gamekyo for the translation.

    Sonys heavy hitters should stick to the PS3, and Dark Cloud 3 isnt going to make itself.

    @Smith128

    Your right but still im intrigued by this game. The more they develope for Sony the more likely they will stay with Sony instead of being bought out by M$.

    And they need TFO for PS3 >.< really bad.. lol I just really want to see the look on M$ face.. ahh priceless.
