If you don't have it then try to grab one of the original cover copies before they all run out. Buying Platinum games makes me feel dirty.

WHAT?? They are going Platinum already? damn.. so early.. first it went down to 50 bucks.. now its going to go Platinum... damn.. I wish i could've bought it for a lower price but i got it early.. REAL EARLY.. LOL.. I even got mine signed by Hideo Kojima himself.. if some of these PS3 gamers don't own dis game.. then damn.. I shall be damned..

to be honest, im sick of hearing about this game,

yeah the graphics are gorgeous, but there's no game behind it,

n without a decent game behind it, it's just crap.

the first one is the best,end of.

look at gta, gta wipes the floor of this game,

Platinum is simply a publicity stunt to sell more copies, or else gta would of gone platinum day of release.

@Matt 64: MGS are known for their epic stories yes we can all agree that there should be more gameplay and besides you can't compare 2 different games genres MGS is in a league of its own and im glad its going platinum. Personally I can't stand GTA period its very repetitive and gets boring after 30 mins of play. MGS4 should have taken GOTY but what can you do. Oh and you must be on that Cr@ck pipe thinking GTA wipes the floor with MGS4

i hope it comes with a different case and extras on the game, 24 bucks isn't bad. it's actually cheaper than most games right now. if it has some new stuff on it i will buy it. i'm surprise that they didn't make it the gold edition.

£25? I thought platinum was supposed to be £20, which means you get it for £15 or £10 at play or amazon etc. £25 is too much for a budget range game.

I'm sure this summer they'll re-release it with an expansion pack, maybe more story missions, and trophies. THey've done that with all the MGS games, I'm sure they'll do it with this one.

yes, this is an epic game. i still have it and beat it, but i prob wont play it again (for a while). but i still dont feel the desire to trade it in. its just that good.

Good deal. I already traded my old copy in, mostly because the MGO stopped working which was fun. MGS stories hurt my brain though, i'm one of those guys who wants to know every possible thing a bout a series' story when I play a game I like, and MGS just has too much to remember.

Will NA get these games as GH where in America? Kinda fast for MSG4 to become a Platinum Hit in Europe since its only been half a year since it came out also with Silent Hill Homecoming and Rock Revolution is $20 here in America. I would love to repurchase MGS4 for $30 here in America if it became a GH which I bet it will because it sold enough. Even with Homecoming since its $40 at Walmart but would love to get it at $30 instead.
