Microsoft has no plans to use Home

It's been an interesting line-up of events recently, first with Microsoft claiming that Sony’s PlayStation Home is old news and sources later reporting that the North American giant plans to hold business meetings within Home to save on carbon emissions.
For those wondering about the validity of these remarks, Microsoft has chosen to speak up and deny all rumors revolving around the Home application.
Speaking to CVG, "Microsoft will not be using Home as a tool for virtual meetings," said a Microsoft representative. "With fantastic Microsoft-developed products and applications like Live Meeting and even Xbox Live Party, we have everything we need to host a virtual meeting in-house."
To be honest, this makes a lot more sense than Microsoft utilizing PlayStation as their source for business meetings. Consider this another rumor clamped down on.

what MS really mean is they're working on their copy of home (no doubt called house) so they release it as something excitingly new.....

And the PR game continues ... MS are jumping at the bait. Another free piece of advertising for Home. It's all about public awareness.

@7, they did, I guess they learned some big words; let's hope they start acting on it and really make great tools that don't break out of nothing -
