Rockstar Games announced today that Midnight Club: Los Angeles for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 would be released across North America on September 9, 2008.
Additionally, the upcoming racer will also hit European shelves on September 12.
Rockstar Games Founder, Sam Houser, commented: “From the beginning, Midnight Club has been about street racing in a open-world. With our team at Rockstar San Diego we have developed a game that we feel once again pushes the boundaries and expectations of what a racing game can be."
The company also confirmed that the PlayStation Portable title Midnight Club: LA Remix would be hitting shops the same day in both territories. LA Remix is being developed by Rockstar London from the ground up for the Sony handheld in an effort to deliver "unrivalled sense of speed and style".
