New 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand info

Fresh details have cropped up in regards to the forthcoming action sequel, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.
Speaking to MTV News, Vivendi Games Producer Aaron Blean implied that the hip-hop star’s latest videogame outing would ultimately prove to be a far more competent affair than its predecessor, 50 Cent: Bulletproof.
"Once we get the game out there... I think people will realise right away where our focus for the sequel is,” said Blean. "We've emphasised the gameplay quality [more] than anything this time around. We can't wait to show the game around."
According to reports, the game will be powered utilizing Epic’s Unreal Engine 3 and will include cooperative-based gameplay. Players will be able to bring along a member of G Unit – human or AI controlled – in an effort to aid 50 Cent as he wages war against legions of International gangsters.
Each character will sport their own unique set of combat abilities, with Tony Yayo, Whoo Kid and Lloyd Banks all confirmed to appear in the sequel.
Blean stated that the game takes much of its influence from the movies Three Kings and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, noting that 50 Cent himself has played a significant role in its creation.
Fans of the hip-hop star can also look forward to the inclusion of exclusive tracks from the man himself, with Blean adding, "50 is going to create exclusive tracks for the game that you can only listen to in the game.”
50 Cent: Blood on the Sand is currently in development for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, with a tentative release date of fall 2008.

Well, here's ANOTHER shooter. I think that in 2009, I probably will go on strike and I wont buy 1 single shooter because 2008 has been full of shooters and I already plan on buying 3 or 4 shooters (Haze, Resistance 2, Far Cry 2, Killzone 2) just this year. All of these shooters is just getting ridiculous.
I'm sure that people that aren't fans of 50 cent might pick up this game just for the fact that it might be a shooter.

Here we go again. I really hate this guy. He'll never, ever get 1 red cent from me. Another B.S. game from the worst rapper on the planet. His latest cd did horribly bad and this game will follow suit. He needs to leave the game while he can still walk out.

Too many shooters sometimes I think the devs are insulting us.Its like, with all the great shooters out there why even bother coming out with crap?If this game comes out in the fall,I would have to get every PS3 exclusive that is coming out then maybe this.Note to devs; fall will not be a good time to push out wakk shooters!Shouldve gave 50 a cameo in GTA4.

oh yeah, they should give him a cameo in GTA4, more like a mission for the player to kill him. I mean, if we can't do it in real life why not in a game? Just to proof that he's not "bulletproof", he's more like talent-proof since no amont of talent can't get near him no matter what he does.

One thing i always say is a move based on a actor is worste then a crap movie made for kids. Story writer should be making a universe of his own and then place someone who fits for it. I really am anti celeb w/e, everything for crappy trademarks to wannabe movies that are made to sell and sell only. When i know the game will be based on 50 cent and it really is nothing more then gangsters beating up eachother then there is no reason to check it out but i just had to see who was making it :D

FYI, I listen to some hip hop but lately I have not cared for anything that 50 has put out. He has become so far off from what he was when he first came out. So no, I do not care to support him on this game.

I hate rap crap , hail rock f**king losers and i hate 50 cent , i bought his game on ps2 played it for 5 minutes thought i burn it but instead i made 100 illegal copies of that crap and gave it free to homeless people .

Umm, yeah, we hate rap, so what!! and yes, we didn't critize Guitar Hero or Rock Band, you know why? Because we know what good music and talent is!! Anyone can write crap about getting rich, going to clubs, drinking Crystal (LOL), demoralizing women, what else....? anything that is stupid and is of primitive thought, but talent and good music is hard to come by.

Crappy games sell millions of cpies all the time and personally it didnt suck like you guys...mad it out to be..it was bad as most games story was okay and the gameplay was bad...like a EA game I would play a second one ...and no i rented the first one also..and ladies and gents RAP is to be respected like any other genre you got crap in every genre but its up to you to realize it..im sorry they dont talk about flying butterflies all the time to make you happy...for the most part you have to somewhat know the life to uderstand" gangsta rap" not rap in genral most of you couldnt form a rap to make anyon who lieks rap turn there head..Personally you cant understand it because you dont understand it like most blacks dont like rock and roll its because it does not relate to them..not saying all rap music is for black its more of understading a metality passed down and word play...(btw Imblakc) I enjoy all forms of musicI know there is crap in all genre of music...music is what appeals to you and what you like...if you think its all money,cars and clothes then you dont listen to it at all

again at all you h8rs of "rap" stop bunching in 50, diddy, snoopdog, eminem, soulja boy, nelly and a list sadly too long. rap does suck now a days, but it is not about pimpn b!tch slappn crystal and grillz. this is what kills the genre, and i'm not a rock hater either, just all those emo goths, screamo crap: my chem romance fallout boy and other wrist slice inducing crap, and led zeppelin is not the best band ever. So pull the razor from your wrist and realize that looking at the popular crap does not encompass a genre but should be ignored as the money making crap that it is. Ignore the "charts" and listen to the quality stuff that is never in the top 10 best selling albums across the genres. is cradle of filth like puddle of mud? they both sound dirty. who sleeps in their own filth?

Such extensive vocabulary is typical of the avid rap listener. Don't get me wrong, I love rap. I love the fact that the more people listen to rap, the more egocentric, greedy, and rude our society gets. (This can be debated, but it's just MY OPINION!)

The funny thing is after this game comes out and the slight chance it is good, you guys will be known for being 50 Cent bashers, Congratulations, you all just joined the second most populated bash clan in the world. The first, would be a bash clan on my beloved system, the PS3. Well I hope Fifty realizes we really don't need another $H!!TY game just like Rap fans don't need another $H!!TY Album. They wanna use hip hop stars so that they can get alot of money because they r to famous that is y lol.Yeah this year is full of shooters only thats y ill be getting tekken 6,GT5P,TNA impact and other none shooter games.I have like almost 20 shooting games for next gen consoles if they keep on releasing shooting games then i have to go and buy pc games only lol trust me i will.

I admit, I'm a fan of metal and rock (mostly black, death, grindcore) anyway, but even YOU rap fan have to admit that they don't sing about dumb things, like money, b!tches, crystal, cars, fame, bla bla bla. How can you guys say that rap is not about that?? HOW?? I mean, are you deaf?? Are you blind?? They are the most superficial people (more like animals) ever!! In the lyrics and eyes, if you don't have money, cass whatever, you're NOTHING! It's sad that you support this crap, degrading women all the time, abusing them, treating them like they're nothing! But yet you say it's not about the money or the women. Who are you kidding?! Rock or Metal are not perfect, but they do have a deep meaning in their songs (not talking about the commercial crap) they write about important things, not about clubs, drive-by's, b!tches, $ like commercial or underground rappers do. So if you're gonna debate me, you better open your eyes and ears and accept that RAP is a talent-less piece of crap music!

I can't say all rap is as you Alakratt describe it, maybe 95 % is but, like 95% of country I can't stand Death Metal. It is a little more tolerable than screamo. I like a variety of music, so I usually can't stand repeated listening of metal or most rap. There is this radio station nearby that plays crap like, IMHO, system of a down, the killers, my chemical romance, just about every day. to some it up: if you like mostly one genre of music, you need more culture. Just don't turn on the radio and judge each genre (except metal, lol, jk) and BTW jimmi hendricks was the guitar hero + he was black
