New Bond game coming from Bizarre Creations?

One of the most lucrative licenses in the videogame industry is no doubt James Bond. Following Rareware’s successful N64 release GoldenEye 007 and subsequent transition to Electronic Arts, the Bond license now finds itself in the hands of Project Gotham developer, Bizarre Creations.
In September, Activision (which now owns the Bond license) acquired Bizarre Creations, with the intention of setting the videogame-racing genre on fire with a possible new IP, while another Activision studio handles the next Bond movie tie-in game. Now it appears that Bizarre could also be working on their rendition of a Bond title as well.
No official word has been given on this as of yet, but it could be possible that gamers will not get only one Bond title from Activision, but two possible titles in conjunction with the new Bond film, both with different themes, plot, and settings. Project Gotham Racing: James Bond Edition perhaps? Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see what boils up from this.
Bond 22, as the sequel to Casino Royale is called, is set to start filming January 2008 with a November 2008 worldwide release. Daniel Craig will take the helm of James Bond again while Marc Forster holds the director duties. PSU will keep you posted on this.
Looks like 2008 could be a great year for Bond fans.

to me james bond on N64 was the best bond game to date, i hope that with ps3 power and alot of hard work they will do something better, just wonder if it's gonna be a shooter game or more like uncharted, why not make one of each if they really are gonna make two games, guess we'll just have to wait and see!

i think its great that someone else has the Bond licence. Maybe they can take it back to the old school James Bond but with next-gen grahics.

apart from Goldeneye, all the 007 games were terrible. I hope that this time they can do a game that corresponds completly to the james bond legacy !

LMFAO @ jackamo
He is right though Kane, thats not something one dude should being saying about another dude. Say you rather Clive and thats it...all that detail is hella-gay. There is little to no hope for future Bond games. The fact that all Bond games after golden-eye had better graphics than it did, proves that stunning visuals alone (even on current gen platforms) will not be enough to win people over. Now if Activision got Infinityward to make a new Bond FPS...THAT might turn a few more heads.

i liked daniel craic as bond. the movie ended up way better with him than the last few. as 4 the game i would definatly like 2 see a good bond game and the fact that its not ea makin it this time and that theres two and one from a studio that has made such good games really does mean that theres a good chance that the bond licence will be put 2 good use but mayb itll just b a quick attempt at making some money ea style... heres hoping anyways=D
