No Metal Gear Solid... :(

A few good ones (Tekken 3, Ridge Racer, Klonoa etc.) but the only PS1 games I think I would re-buy on PS3 are the Final Fantasys and maybe MGS which aren't on this list. :(

I've been firing up some of the old PS1 games lately and tbh all those classic and amazing games our misspent youth was used on are, actually...pretty rubbish. At the very most they were playable for about 20 mins before your eyes were so bloodshot from strain-o-vision you looked like one of the 'rage' victims in 28 Days Later...so not hot :s

I'm not excited about any of these titles but I am excited about Sony *finally* starting to sell PS1 games.  I would buy FFVII and FFT at the very least.  I think they are missing out on a big market, especially with no BC on some of the SKUs.

@ Outwar6010:  It's much easier to sell and download a ~700MB game as opposed to ~4.7 and ~8.5GB games.  Both GOWs were on dual layer DVDs.  Want to download 8GBs to your PS3?  Be my guest.

There are some good ones on the list, but I think they still need to add alot more.  There really are alot more games that were awsome on playstation.  I think they will release more, they're just testing the waters.

RE GAMES AND METAL GEAR SOLID WILL MAKE IT GOOD.....oh and a FFVII will be awesome instead of having my 3 cds in that big case

Remember G-police? I wonder why a 3rd sequel never came to PS2? The first 2 were highly rated games. Imagine it on PS3, I suppose chopper games aren't that popular anymore, but no-one else is doing it so some devs have to give it a shot?
