According to Joystiq, D3 Publisher intends to bring its back catalogue of PSP titles to the PC PlayStation Store.

Topping the list from a quality perspective are scintillating Bejeweled/RPG fusion Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords and gruesome action platformer Dead Head Fred. Puzzle Quest in particular is crying out to be played from a memory stick - while brilliant fun, the UMD version was let down by some lag during battles.

Then there's PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient, PQ2: Practical Intelligence Quotient 2 and Cube, middleweight contributions to the PSP's legion of commercially flaccid but fantastic puzzle games. And bringing up the rear is WTF: Work Time Fun, a dismal minigame compilation.

All six games will be available to download from the Store this September - there's nary a whisper of European dates yet, of course. Price breakdown below:

-Cube (USD 9.99)
-Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords (USD 14.99)
-WTF: work time fun (USD 9.99)
-PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient (USD 9.99)
-PQ2: Practical Intelligence Quotient 2 (USD 14.99)
-Dead Head Fred (USD 14.99)

    This makes me so happy, I have been trying to find "Dead Head Fred" in store with no lucky, and this week I was going to order it online.

    Wait... "Cying to be played on a memory stick" = you can copy PSN games to a memory stick and play them on a PSP?

    Only if they're purchased from the store and saved directly to your PSP. Make sure it's a memory stick you intend for it to stay on because it may not work if you try to copy it to another and it definately won't work on another PSP unless it comes from the store.

    @Xal-Shoota

    Not all of em,these are going to be on the PC PS Store,which is designed for users of the psp,as the UMDs are a bit hard to carry(and much easier to be pirated),Sony is now shifting it's strategy of letting users of the OFW do what users of the CFW have been doing for years,i.e.,playing games right off the memory stick.
