Guerrilla Games details Killzone's Heavy SoldierThe folk from the Land of the Rising Sun have a nice surprise waiting for them in their PlayStation Store today.
Among a host of other PlayStation games gracing the Japanese PSN is eponymous zombie survival-horror sequel, Resident Evil 2, known as Biohazard 2 over there. The game is notable for being set in an entire city rather then the mansion of the first title, and introduces two new playable characters; rookie cop Leon S. Kennedy (who later appeared in Resident Evil 4), and college student Claire Redfield.

Biohazard 2 (Resident Evil 2), as detailed above
Intelligent Qube, a puzzle game involving cubes
PoPoLoCrois Monogatari II, an RPG reminiscent of FF: Tactics
Crime Crackers 2, a scrolling shooter with strong Anime influences
Atelier Marie Plus, an RPG based on an Anime about Alchemy
Tantei Jinguji Saburo Early Collection, is some form of Detective game
Magical Drop, a puzzle game that works a bit like an upside down Puyo-Puyo game
Baroque, a survival horror that works a bit like Devil May Cry
And finally, Robin Lloyd no Bouken, which seems to be an adventure game with a lot of dialog akin to the Legend of Zelda titles.
Let’s hope at least Resi 2 comes to the West.

Who cares, if you ask me, all of those ps1 classics are pointless. Sure, many were fun when we had our ps1's, but now, i mean just look at what we can play. WHy wouyld you even think of playing something that looks that bad.

these games are all made by jappeese creaters which means they are all in jappeense and since they probaly wont translate them they are just gona stay in japan.
I hope that RE2 comes to the US really, really soon.

I'd rather see a bonus disc with RE5 that compiles the previous games in the series (for additional cost, of course!).
Yeah, why are the folks in charge of the Japan PSN store pumping out many PS1 games and the folks at US and Euro PSN store got their fingers up their as$?
wow more whining.... thats all the forums on this page are anymore boohoo japan has more games MAYBE THATS BECAUSE SONY IS MADE IN JAPAN!!! and most of those games werent even released in NorthAmerica or Euro so who cares!! sony will slowly get better games on our store personaly i would rather them not focus on the store updates and get HOME up and running
oh man i want to play resident evil 2 for soo long now. i actually just bought and finished resident evil 4 yesturday and wanted to play the 2nd cause that was the first resident evil game i played
