Hate this new-fangled Interweb contraption? No worries! You can still enjoy new Rock Band content from a disc purchased from your local brick and mortar gaming outlet.
Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 2 will debut on November 17, and feature 20 songs that have previously been made available as downloadable content on a disc. The track pack is technically a standalone game, but you can also copy the songs to your hard drive for use in Rock Band or Rock Band 2.
Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 2 will cost $30. For those of you who failed math, that's $1.50 a song. Check it out on November 17.
UPDATE: The tracks are as follows.
- "Afterlife" -- Avenged Sevenfold
- "Call Me" -- Blondie
- "El Scorcho" -- Weezer
- "Girl U Want" -- Devo
- "Girls Who Play Guitars" -- Maximo Park
- "Indestructible" -- Disturbed
- "It Hurts" -- Angels & Airwaves
- "Just What I Needed" -- The Cars
- "Message in a Bottle" -- The Police
- "Monkey Gone to Heaven" -- Pixies
- "Rio" -- Duran Duran
- "Saints of Los Angeles" -- Motley Crue
- "Simple Man" -- Lynyrd Skynyrd

Cool. I'll need this because I don't have any money on the PSN.

@anyone who cannot use a credit card or can't get a PSN card:
If you don't have a credit card or PSN card, there is still an alternative to get things on PSN. Mastercard and Visa both have gift cards that work the same way as credit cards. So you can buy one for 25$ or 50$ (and an activation fee) and use that on PSN or for anything online. That way you don't have to worry about any identification being stolen. Greendot also has cards like these (there is a larger activation fee but you can reload them). I hope this helps anyone who loves to download content (like me) but doesn't have a credit card or PSN card :)

Does anyone know if these songs can be imported multiple times or once like RB AC/DC?

@ Altbridge.... that is some good advice, it also means UK owners with a US PSN can pay for content on the other network without having to register your address and vice versa, (although GH III tracks are region coded so beware) but all PSN network games to my knowledge are not.
