SingStar BC patch arrives today

The quietly anticipated patch that allows owners of the next-gen SingStar titles to swap out their new library additions with past iterations is ready for download today, December 16.
According to the ThreeSpeech.com blog, users are now able to switch discs without turning off the console beforehand.
This patch will be ready for download at 10 AM GMT and should download immediately upon booting up the game. As reported previously, we're hoping it will bring My SingStar Online capabilities to the PlayStation 2 library of titles as well.

I'm sorry to disappoint everybody that cares, but as expected, you CANNOT upload playstation 2 content to My Singstar online. Just patched and tested.
No surprises here of course. We have to be stupid little sheeps and buy the stupid songs again if we wish to upload them.
