AThe full introduction sequence to Guerrilla Games’ upcoming Killzone 2 has popped up on the Internet today for your viewing pleasure. Much of the footage has been seen in past trailers various media events, albeit not in its entirety – needless to say, don’t view the video if you wish your experience with the FPS to remain spoiler free.
The trailer begins with the player waking up on an ISA ship and preparing for the drop onto the Helghan planet. After taking a quick tour of the ship floor, the troops enter the armory and grab their equipment. The following sequence then shows the player boarding the ISA drop ship and getting ready for the thrill ride of their life.
Once the drop ship is on its way, the scene becomes familiar as its the opening sequence from the Corinth River Invasion. Check out the trailer below. (Excuse the quality)
Killzone 2 is due out on February 27 exclusively for PlayStation 3.
