Namco Bandai has released a new patch for its PlayStation Network title, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.

Now available for North American owners to download, the patch – previously released in Japan – adds DualShock 3 support for the popular beat ‘em up title, along with a Pickup Match mode.

Further additions include the ability to input and display names for rooms, a “flag” search, which allows you to find the best possible connections, along with new notifications and causal matches. A number of miscellaneous bugs have also been fixed.

haha i love the instructions it gives you after you install the patch.

restart the PS3, restart the game, and if it doesnt work properly, redownload the game from the PS Store.

Luckily, it worked just fine for me!
