The Last Guy dated for Japan

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ) announced today that its PlayStation Network title, The Last Guy, will be released on July 31 priced at approximately JPY 500.

For those unaware, The Last Guy takes place in a zombie-infested town in Japan, in which players must rescue groups of civilians by leading them to the Escape Zone. The town itself is viewed from a top down perspective and is rendered in high resolution utilizing images from Google Earth.

A western release date has yet to be announced, so stay tuned for further information as it becomes available.

    Never knew what this game was but it sound's cool may have to get it when it is released in the states...

    The game doesn't look all that good from what I seen of it in the gamplay video, so I think I'll take myself to the escape zone and steer clear of this.
