For the longest time, the PlayStation 3 version of Orange Box has been under the radar, lost within the shadows as it were. Some indicators pointed that the game has been delayed into 2008 or even worse, cancelled all together.
That shadow of doubt can now be uplifted as it has now been confirmed by an Electronic Arts representative, that The Orange Box is still track to be released on Sony’s console this December. While the exact date is not set, it is clearly joyful to see Europe, alongside North America, will be able to enjoy the great title in that of The Orange Box.
Please continue to check back with us, as we’ll give you full coverage on the latest Valve title. The North American release is set for December 11th.

Yeah I can say without any hesitation - F*** THIS. The developers are absolute retards, and anyone who buys this game on the PS3 is contributing to the problem. Read up on it brothers cause i for one dont like my system being called crap and I for one dont want to be called garbage by a some ex-microsoft cronie.

Tom your saying your not buying the game over silly comments, and you say your a sony fanboy your actually putting your fav console in more jeapardy you must support it, i actually think the ps3 is vastly superior to the other two consoles but don't favour one over the other. What i do is if the games coming out in multi format i usually buy a game one week for xbox360 and the following week no matter what i buy a game for the ps3, why hate another format COMPETION does good and we benefit in the long run.

@ leeman99 ... first, when did i call myself a sony fanboy. second, one person not buying one game does not put a console in jeopardy. if that were true then that one person must be god, buddha, allah, whatever. i'm not god dude i'm human just like you. third, your telling me not to favor one console over the other. well buddy here in america as well other places in the world we have a thing called freedom. and with my freedom i choose to support a quality product over a defective product. i don't tell you or anybody else who or what to support so don't tell me i can't pick and choose. Idiot.

Why would we want to go back and play a game thats well past its sell buy date. I was going to buy Half Life when I had a Dream Cast but that was cancelled probably cos they found it hard programming on that Platform to!!! With so many new FPS coming out I dont have time to go back to this dated rehashed franchise!!Gabe Newell's comments only reinforce the fact that it probably won't be a good on the PS3 as it is on the Xbox & PC, as they obviously couldn 't be a*sed to put the effort in!!
