Wow,  I'm going to pass up this game because all of the sudden I feel like trophies make a game worth playing.  So who cares about this games awesome potential.  No trophies, no buy lol.

I really don't care if a game has trophy support or not. We've already survived however many years without it, it's not like it's reflective of the actual gameplay. I've really liked the teasers/trailers that I've seen so far. Provided it still looks good in Sep I'll be buying it.

Well, it's sad of course, but who cares, as long as the game's good :) I've already preordered it anyway, being a Star Wars fan. Besides I really like the trailers/teasers and gameplay footages. Euphoria engine rules! :)

Would you guys rather the game be delayed so they can implement trophies (since most likely it wasn't in their dev scope) or have the game release on time and have it patched later? I for one choose the latter, and I'm sure the shareholders would agree.

Jesus, why all the "NO BUY" because it hasn't got trophies?  Jesus, there's more to gaming than trophies people, they even said it looks likely for a patch anyway.

Wow. seriously, you guys are retarted, just because it doesnt have trophies, doesnt mean you cant buy it now... and you F*^%ing wonder why we get crappy ports? this is the exact reason, most ps3 owners dont buy many games. im buying about 30 games this year, and this is one of them, even if it doesnt have trophies.

Trophies are much different and better than achievements in every aspect. If a game doesn't plan to support everything they should, then I think they should take 10$ off the game.

I can understand them not having them at launch if they are far enough along, but at least officially announce that they will be patched in to calm the masses.

You guys have got to be joking? I think the whole trophy thing is silly. I mean do I  really need a JPEG image to make me feel good about a game?  Hey look at me, I got a gold bogus trohy for playing this game, I think I now have 4 or 5 games that support trpohies and frankly I dont care, I dont know if Ive earned a trophy or not. If your self esteem is sourced from a jpeg trophy on your screen you have issues.

How hard is it to incorporate Trophies? Uncharted got it out pretty quick. Also the game's not coming out till a few more weeks. At least spend that time making them up so we have them patched through soon. I tell you, I have a 360 also and already I enjoy getting trophies alot more than achievements. Ever since MGS4 came out I haven't even looked at my 360.

Its a shame there are no trophies on release but you guys are taking this the wrong way. You shouldn't decrease PS sales by not buying the game because of no trophy patch. If sales on the PS3 are low for this game Lucas Arts will see little to no reason for focusing on future PS3 games. They will just divert all their attention to the 360 because that will be their greatest target market. You should buy the game anyway it is gonna be great and there is a possibility that it still will get a patch.

Why no trophies? stupid. OPM had a hands on with this game and said it looks like a weak game. And the action is unengaging and basic. :( oh well shaping up to be another one of this years hyped dissapointments :(

I will still get the game but I do hope Trophies will be patched at some point.  I can understand that they would not want to delay the schedule for something that was recently released by Sony.  I wouldn't want them to delay it either but I do hope they come out with a patch after the release for them.  Some might not care about Trophies and that is fine but others like me do and that is fine too :).

Developers really know how to make people turned off to their game - then they wonder why they aren't selling as well as they could...

It is truly incredible how important trophies have become on PS3 titles now. Now that Ps3 games have aquired that extra edge against their 360 counterparts the decision is more balance but now when a game does not include trophies it is incomplete. Welcome to the paradise of more rewarding gameplay. Now there is actually a concrete reason to actually beat a game on hard or beat a level with your eyes closed. I'm very happy that new games offer new awesome features. No buy for me as well. I'll simply play the 360 version. I have 44 trophies from Uncharted! That trophy unlocked sound is pure joy!

I can't understand how everyone can make up their mind about buying this game over trophies. So far EVERY game released had no trophies, and now there's like 2. Nobody said they didn't want uncharted or motorstorm or heavenly sword because they didn't have trophies and now that trophies have been out for like, 2 weeks every game apparently HAS to have them now. Give it time and they'll all have trophies eventually (even this game) but please don't judge a game based on its trophy support (or lack of trophy support).

It really only hurts devs' sales when they don't add something as monumental as trophies.  They're important to gamers, part of the reason why people will choose to pick up a 360 copy instead of the PS3 copy (all other things being equal), and just generally fun.

If a game has no trophies, but achievements on the 360 (being after the release of trophies of course), it looks bad to the player that they're somehow being shafted.  A public announcement of trophy support [via patch] would do a good boost for their sales.

psn id: gingo.... all new games for the ps3 should come with trophy support, it wouldn't change my decision on whether to buy a game or not but developers may aswell use as many of the features in the console as they can
