According to 2K Marin executive producer Alyssa Finley, an unnamed studio will be assisting 2K Marin, 2K Australia,and 2K Boston with the port of BioShock to the PlayStation 3.
While the mystery studio has yet to be named, Finley promised to reveal that detail along with more in-depth information on new and reworked features exclusive to BioShock's PlayStation 3 release eventually.

"The project is based in the 2K Marin studio, which is located in Novato, CA. The 2K Marin team has been collaborating with the 2K teams in Australia and Boston to build the game with team members in each of the studios building, coding, optimizing, bugfixing, and polishing away," explained Finley. "On top of that, because this is the first PS3 title from 2K Marin, 2K Australia and 2K Boston, we’ve also got another development partner with some outstanding PS3-specific coding chops helping out with the project - we can’t talk about what studio that is yet, but we look forward to revealing that in the future."

Also for those of you dying for new media on the PS3 version of Bioshock, Take-Two released all new screenshots which you can view in PSU's gallery here.

I got two votes First insomniac, but Naughty Dog would be my second. And the reason why everyone is saying they think insomniac is because that is who everyone hopes it is I would imagine.

Im sure its Sony London studio, that was working on Getaway and Eight Days. sony did say they would be helping studios with PS3 titles thats gonna be releasing later this year, BIOSHOCK is one of them and the team in London already knows the PS3 so its a no brainer that sony would utilize tthere skills to make sure this is a great port and boost sales. so far the game is looking better than 360 version.

Highly unlikely. If u look over the posts for a second time i think about 6 or 7 people agreed and claimed they thought the same thing. Which is weird.
I am not rying to direspect you or anyone else, cause i have a lot of repect for you gingo and all the other people on this site. I am just saying that is weird and I am pretty sure that most of those posters are just copying LYFUN'S opinion.
Maybe you are opinionative but really didnt seem like it.

@CHRISBOSH
You have very flawed thinking. Just because someone states the (very) obvious first, doesn't make them an authority on it. All he did was beat others to the punch by stating what is exactly on everyone else's mind. Anyone here would tend to agree that it's Insomniac. You're embarassing yourself.

I'm thinking Insomniac or Naughty Dog too.
Just as long as it's not EA...

It would have to be either Insomniac or Naughty Dog. They're the only 2 companies that have made decent games for the PS3 so far. Well, besides Ninja Theory. They'd have to be getting help from someone who has made an "exclusive" PS3 game. M$? EA? Not a chance! M$ doesn't do code for the PS3. EA obviously has proven that they can't either....
