Warner Bros. Interactive has released fresh gameplay footage of its upcoming action-brawler The Watchmen: The End is Nigh for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.

Watchmen: The End is Nigh acts as a prequel to the events in the popular graphic novels and upcoming movie adaptation, taking place in an alternate version of the 1980s. The game features co-operative gameplay allowing players to take control of masked vigilantes Rorschach and Nite Owl as they pummel legions of bad guys using an array of fancy combos and acrobatics.
