@2 yes its the same.any 1 who has never played wipeout your in for a serious treat, especially for 12 quid.wipeout's got it all ,split screen ,trophies,online, 1080p ,yeah!!!! good times!!!

 I wish there was a demo coming out first. It looks really good but i am not sure if i would keep playing it after three months. So many titles are coming out  so little money thanks to Wall Street.

They should leave this game ...and put it in the bin....It was only good when it came out on the PS1 ....Now Leave IT DEAD SONY!!!

Leave it dead?  I sure hope not.  I still play Wipeout Pure on the PSP even though it is an older game.  I hope they keep improving it and we have Wipeout oround 20 years from now.  I still have Wipeout on the PS1 but I don't play it because the graphics just don't compare to games nowadays.

Needless to say this is one of my all time favorite game franchises.
