Namco Bandai has filed a U.S. trademark for PlayStation 3-exclusive RPG Tales of Xillia, indicating the game is being localized for North American audiences.

The filing comes hot on the heels of the publishing giant trademarking the game for European territories just last week.

Tales of Xillia was released in Japan in September 2011, and received a positive reception from critics, including a 39/40 rating in Famitsu. The game has sold 740,000 in the territory to date, making it the highest-selling Tales game in Japan since Tales of Destiny 2 on PlayStation 2.

     Agreed, @Auslyer!

All of these new Tales games going to different consoles has had me Jonesing for a solid outing on PlayStation 3. Sure, Tales of Graces f is out right now, but this one isn't a port. Mmmmm about time, but it's still going to be glorious.
