Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant announced

Unofficial Sony mascot Crash Bandicoot will be appearing in a brand new title for multiple platforms later this year, Sierra Entertainment confirmed this week.

Developed by Radical Entertainment, Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant sees the revival of Neo Cortex as he attempts to take over the world via a mind-controlling text messaging service.

The colourful marsupial will be able to jack his enemies, store them in his pocket, and utilize their powers when needed, as he explores the free-roaming world of Wumpa Island.

Also, players will be able to take control of Crash’s sister Coco in the game’s cooperative mode, who specialises in treasure hunting.

Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant is due out on DS, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and Wii this Autumn.

Erm, what difference would it make, Triple Dk? Do you really want a High-Def Crash Bandicoot game? (oh, right, it's out on the Xbox 360.) Let me rephrase: Do you really want the same game to come out on both the PS2 and PS3 with the only difference being that the PS3 looks slightly better?

I say slightly better because... well... The Godfather: The Game (PS2) and The Godfather: The Game: The Don's Edition (PS3) didn't look that much different from each other.

Crash ceased to be the unofficial sony mascot when the franchise was sold years ago.

Im sure if its coming out on the 360, it must also be coming out on the PS3 also

JEEZ, they really are dragging the name through the mud these days !!

I wish Naughty Dog would buy it back and make a TRUE next gen crash game for the PS3 !!

psn id: gingo.... there has been no good Crash games since naughty dog sold the franchise, its sad to see it in the state it is today but thats how it works unfortunately

waht the heck i was happy seeing the title after reading the bottom part im like shyt no ps3...r u serious?! it should be naughty dog whos handling this game..
