Ubisoft has teamed up with high street retailer HMV to offer consumers a special Co-Op pack edition of the forthcoming PlayStation 3 exclusive shooter, Haze.
Scheduled for release on May 23, this special bundle will include four copies of highly anticipated First Person Shooter (FPS), allowing four players to team up for the game’s main campaign mode.
The Co-Op edition will cost approximately GBP 120 – the equivalent of purchasing three copies of the game.
Stay tuned for more coverage on Haze in the coming weeks.

wow that seems like a great alternative to shift more copies of heavily multiplayer games, this might have really helped games like army of two and kane and lynch. good on ya hmv

All of my freinds have a PS3, so buying a bundle like this is a great idea.

I want haze, me and 3 of my freinds all do, so if this comes to the US wel will gladly buy it
- 5:08am EDT - April 30th, 2008
Why would you want 4 copies?
- 5:09am EDT - April 30th, 2008
i havent played much co op in fps games, but this is looking to be one of the best.
- 5:25am EDT - April 30th, 2008
Dont get it, this game already has campaign co op, unless they mean for LAN co op games. So does that mean normally only you and a friend can play campaign in co op like army of two? EXPLAIN GOD DAM IT dont just write an article and skim the surface

Nice way to maximise profits. Unfortunately this game is coming out too late for me I'd rather wait another couple weeks and get MGS. If it had been released back in March that would have been different story.

nice, but i don't think 4 people wanna play this game.
- 7:04am EDT - April 30th, 2008
As much as I want Haze, I'm opting for Lego Indiana Jones instead. Taking my son to see the movie and afterwards, buying the game for ps2 and ps3. Maybe I can con the credit card from the wife...

People complaining that this is expensive aren't getting it. the idea of this is you have 4 friends who want the game, so you and your friends chip in to buy this pack. but your only paying for 3 games, therefor when all 4 of your friends pitch in the money, your actaually paying less for a single copy of the game. thus it's less expensive. If you live in the UK and have 3 other fps3 riends, i think this is a great idea to help move units.

He's hit the nail on the head.I think its a great idea.More retailers should do this with different games. If you have a few friends wanting a game so you can all play online then im pretty sure you and your friends wont complain about saving £10 each.

It's hard to say if this is a deal not knowing if the game is decent or not.
So is this bundle just 4 copies wrapped in one package? I'm sure it is because everyone needs a case for their game. Would have been nice to see this done with Army of Two. Two for $100 and save $20.
