Speaking at the Leipzig Games Convention this week, Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima revealed that it is “possible” the Metal Gear Acid franchise may be released for Sony’s PlayStation Network service.
"I’ll say yes to that idea, but not because it is already running or anything," said Kojima, during an interview with Eurogamer.
“I’m just saying yes because it’s possible, I think it is possible. Sorry to say we don’t have specific plans at the moment, but it is possible, yes."
Available on PlayStation Portable, Metal Gear Acid offers a unique twisted on the traditional stealth-based adventure series, with movement and attacks performed in a turn-based manner.
Stay tuned.
