Infinity Ward has unveiled the official teaser trailer for its eagerly awaited shooter, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
In addition, the developer also confirmed that FPS sequel will hit North American shores on November 10, 2009. Check out the trailer here, although be warned – it’s strictly bare bones, so don’t expect any major revelations.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past two years, the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was a critical and commercial success, nabbing multiple GOTY awards and racking up countless hours of playtime over Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.
Quite frankly, we’re stoked for the sequel. Stay tuned.

Subway, buy it, you have no idea what you been missing.
With that said, I am not very good with accents, but it dosent look like its gonna have a Middle Eastern Setting this time. The few images looked very urban, it sounded like they were charging SMG's as well, in an very crowded airport. I am thinking at least one Campaign will take place in an Urban Zone, CQB's could be big. Maybe a rogue state (states?). Either way, Terrorism looks to be leading the charge again. Infinity Ward have given the people Gold over and over again, lets hope they deliver.

Hope they make a deeper campaign because I doubt they will change the multiplayer much. Every COD campaign has always felt the same and personally they are always too short and become boring.

Awesome. What I think would be cool is if they took a normal U.S. neighborhood, and turned it into a battlefield. Like terrorists decide to take over a small U.S. town, or something. Middle East, and Eastern Europe settings have been done to death.
