WipEout HD Fury screenshots and details

Fans of the anti-gravity racer WipEout HD have a new expansion pack to look forward to soon. The Wipeout HD Fury expansion pack offers eight new tracks, 13 new ship models, and three new game modes – two of which will be available for online play. You’ll get access to new Trophies, a re-styled front end, and new and improved multiplayer.
The new Eliminator game mode is all about destruction. Instead of a typical race to the finish line, the winner is the first to reach the target score. The classic Zone Battle puts acceleration on autopilot as you race over zone pads to fill your zone bar. Use the bar to increase your speed or absorb it to replenish energy. Finally, the Detonator mode introduces a brand new ship model to the game to test your piloting skills and your shooting accuracy as you race through 14 stages.
All the new content in the Fury expansion will be released in 1080p resolution and will run at 60fps. Like the game itself, the expansion will be available on the PlayStation Network Store.

A must have for anyone that has wipeout HD... too bad my credit card is at max hahaha or else i would have gotten this the day its released... i dont think there is a price set yet however im assuming $9.99 for all that content... if it goes for less (e.g. $5.99) then its a steal!

I rag on the PS3 a lot, mostly because it spends most of it's time as a blu-ray player with little to no gaming time. However, I am super excited for this expansion. Wipeout is the only game I have for the PS3 besides Little Big Planet.

PSU. I love my PS3 i have an Xbox360 and is SHT, I want the PS3 to do well but I feel that sony is not using the right amount of advertisment. I think they should take it a bit further then the compatition, for example they should use celeberty advertisment, like ellen degrneres or oprah or even a late night show. think of this having a room in PS HOME form ellen degrneres with all of her crazy games she had on her show, a store where u can buy her stuff, tvs where they advertise her show and who is going to be on her next show, the possibilities are endless, even the power of huge singer can have an inpact if they had a room in PS HOME, think about it let sony know about this it could make a diiferent, it could reach people beyond Gamers, Ellen, Oprah, MM, any good late night show, They them self would advertise letting people know about their exclusive room in PS HOME its a great Idea people would go crazy for this, thanks PSU i hope SONY listen. Please anyone can u comment about this Idea, youre pal brownmouse on PS3 ID.

If only they would sell wipeout HD in shops then i would buy it. i will never buy a game online that has to be been downloaded.
