The voice behind Tekken’s Heihachi Mishima, Daisuke Gori, has been found dead in a suspected suicide in Nanako, Japan. He was 57.

According to reports, Daisuke was discovered in the street having died from what authorities believe to be a knife wound to his arm. Furthermore, a knife and will were found nearby.

Gori had provided the voice of Heihachi for over a decade, beginning with the critically acclaimed Tekken 3. He also played Edge Master in Soul Calibur and had numerous roles in several high profile games, including Star Fox 64, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and Ninja Gaiden II.

That's such a shame . It's like the end of an era as I remember Heihachi's voice from way back in the arcades before the first Takken got released on the PSX.

His body was found in the street near the murder weapon and his will???

I don't think his death was a suicide.

He was also the voice of Mr. Satan (a.k.a. Hercule) in "Dragon Ball Z" and "Dragon Ball GT". Man this really sucks :(

Cant believe you wrote that you dont care, yet you still found time to let all of us know how insensitive you are, shallow.I just hope something like this dont happen to someone you DO CARE about.
