Ubisoft has confirmed that a sequel to its PlayStation Move compatible series, MotionSports, will be released later this year.
Motionsports Adrenaline will feature a range of extreme sports, including Parkour (free-running,) Mountain Biking, Wingsuiting and Extreme trampolining. There will be eight sports in total spanning across 8 unique locations.
At the heart of Motionsports Adrenaline will be an enhanced multiplayer mode which allows four players to compete in races, relays and to see who can pull off the best tricks. Ubisoft plans to inject a bit of fun into multiplayer battles by allowing players to pick up items, such as water bombs, that can be used to hamper their opponents. Players can also compete against friends online for leaderboard bragging rights.
Motionsports Adrenaline is set to launch in October 2011 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
