Rockstar has confirmed that it will continue to support the open-world Wild West adventure, Red Dead Redemption, by releasing more downloadable content soon.

The news comes from Rockstar's Twitter account where it teased followers by Tweeting that gamers will be able to step into the boots of "fan-favorite playable characters."

Released in May 2010, Red Dead Redemption has already seen plenty of new content, including the zombie killing expansion Undead Nightmare. Exact details of the new DLC is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Hopefully it's single player DLC. Undead Nightmare was fantastic. I'm pretty much over multiplayer.

Meh, kinda pointless. I doubt many peopel will come back just to look like someone.

They need to either make another expansion or something special, TBH this is just waisted time that could be used to develop gta :D

    Still my favourite game.

I was hoping for some single player DLC starring Jack so we\'d get a chance to get to know the character better. Maybe do this in preparation for a red dead sequel starring Jack.
