Deus Ex: Human Revolution has shipped two million copies worldwide since its launch in late August, Square Enix has revealed.

Numbers for specific regions weren’t divulged, though the action-RPG has proven a considerable success on both sides of the pond, topping the charts in the U.K. and U.S.

Square plans on rolling out the game’s first batch of downloadable content, titled The Missing Link, in October 2011.

What a great game. With Eidos batting superbly this generation, I feel that one more stellar game by them (aka Arkham City) will make me a dedicated buyer.
