Sony 3D PlayStation TV launches on November 13

Sony's PlayStation 3D display was announced during the company's E3 press conference, and has since garnered much interest and intrigue among gamers, mostly for its innovative SimulView technology.

Over at the PS Blog, Sony has detailed the display, and dated it for a November 13 release. Pre-orders made before October 1 will will have the TV bundled with Resistance 3, while MotorStorm: Apocalypse will be the regular pack-in, along with a pair of 3D glasses, and an HDMI cable.

Allowing two different players to see two completely different images on the same screen, SimulView is one of the showpiece features of this display, as shown in the video below.

    looks smaller than a 32", 499 is a fair price but i simply prefer a larger screen ( above 50" is too big, 40's" are ideal to me) i don't mind spending more for a larger 3D screen and i think i'll stick w/ sony!

    It is 24 in. Not bad I guess considering everything it comes with.
