Capcom’s pinned a final release date on Asura’s Wrath, confirming the Cyber Connect 2-developed actioner will be released in the U.S. on February 21, 2012. Europe gets the game on February 24.
Due out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the game puts players in control of the titular Asura, a demigod who is out to avenge the death of his wife. The game progresses in an episodic structure similar to a TV series, and combines elements of Asian mythology and science fiction.
The game itself is strictly a single-player affair, though Capcom has promised that it’ll receive downloadable content post-launch.
