 We know the setting will be the American Revolution, we’ve seen the reveal trailer and we’ve briefly been introduced to the game’s brand new protagonist, but finally Ubisoft has unleashed some striking Assassin’s Creed 3 screenshots.

One of the things that stands out among the screens is the variety of combat that we can look forward to using pistols, muskets, rope-darts and tomahawks. We were lucky enough to attend an Assassin’s Creed 3 preview event last week, so we have a ton of fresh Assassin's Creed 3 content on the site today if you’re looking for further insight into the game.
