Sony dates E3 2012 press conference

Sony’s E3 2012 press conference will take place on Monday, June 4, the company has confirmed.
The presser will begin at 6.00 p.m. PST (2.00 a.m. BST Tuesday morning) and will take place in the same venue as last year, namely the Memorial Sports Arena.
Sony is expected to show off a slew of new PlayStation Vita titles at the event, as well as divulge fresh info on upcoming PlayStation 3 projects such as The Last of Us from Naughty Dog.
Last year’s shindig kicked off with an apology from Sony America boss Jack Tretton regarding the PlayStation Network outage that plagued the hardware manufacturer last spring.

Doubt they will announce PS4 just yet but id be happy if they did even though I feel this current gen has so much still to offer. But sayin that, games are gettin lazy in my opinion. So if they keep making games that focus on action(as many say) and end up being a bore for alot of us then will PS4 or even XBOX720 be worth the hype when all the games will offer the same potions even in the nex gen? Id love to see more crazy ideas in todays games.
Back to topic - I just want to hear that the last guardian is still in development and due soon. Looks emotional indeed.
And I want a announcement from Quantic Dream and that KARA will be made into a full game because I think the tech demo was great!And 1 more would be Hideo kojima announcing his new title!

I hope they show off PS4 Concept design and specs. New PS Vita titles that can be cross play between itself and PS3. Seeing Sony announce that all PS3 titles will come a downloadable PS Vita title, rather than paying for two of the same times for PS3 and PS Vita in order to use cross play. Waste of money, and would make cross play become useless but I don't want it to become useless. Its one of the most amazing features in PlayStation. I would also like to see new features and apps for both PS3 and PS Vita (Especially the PS3). Need to see some awesome new games coming this year or next year. There is a lot of things I want to see from SONY but I rather they surprise me with something I didn't even think about or think would happen (I hate surprises but if its something good from SONY then I am in for it)...

They won't announce PS4 lol
It'll be mostly Vita related with more game announcement, a possible price drop to $199 WW and some new PS3 games. PS3 normally gets its price/model announcements at gamescom, which is where the Vita might also get its price cut instead of E3.
Overall though the show will probably be a let down like last year with a bout 2 or 3 good games announcd overall. gamescom has better announcements IMO and its only on for an hour.

price drop for ps3 and new games, idk about ps4 . GTAV trailer and maybe a gameplay footage and release date, i need to get G4 back!

The way the rumors are hopping around already since the start of the year about next gen, I think they might announce them. Looking back into history, I think its repeating itself. The same thing pretty much happend with PS3 in 05. Rumors got thick and heavy quickly at the start of the year, then at E3 05, next gen was announced.
Of course, there is a 50 %, I may be wrong! lol =P

H! YES THEY WILL! They have to! As much as I hate to say this, this current Gen has been a loss for Sony, and if the Orbis is based on the ATI Radeon 7900 (which is current gen) Its more than likely the will! Unless they're planning on something else, if a deal with ATI was actually struck, the Orbis should be based on a 8900 or 9900 chip-set which haven't even arrived yet! And that's the only reason not to announce the console at least this year on any of them gaming shows! (E3 Should be the right one) I also expect a 2013 Holiday Season release or early 2014, they HAVE TO RELEASE IT BE4 THE "720" Which M$ has already begun their product placement campaign on a movie starring Hugh Jackman ! Real Steel!! this only means that they're already behind! ;)
