The upcoming shooter Dust 514 based in the world of Eve Online is now accepting entries into its upcoming closed beta.

Crowd Control Productions (CCP) is set to launch Dust 514 later this year, and players can now sign up for its closed beta through CCP's beta registration page. According to the beta site, the closed beta is already live and has accepted thousands of players to experience the MMO shooter. Select players from Eve Online are also gaining access this week, so those looking to join the beta will have plenty of other players with whom to play.

CCP plans on revealing more details on the beta during this year's E3, and we'll keep you posted as the news arises.

Pretty excited for this game, and I'm usually not a fan of FPSs. Hopefully I'll get into the beta but I doubt it.

I want in on the Dust 514 beta because this game looks like one of the coolest and most ambitious projects i've ever seen in a video game and I want in on the ground floor. The game looks and sounds very impressive and I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to get a beta key. I've visted and entered through Dust's website, facebook and on PS home, Please give me one.__I swear I'll love you forever!
