CVG has caught wind that Heavy Rain developer Quantic Dream is planning on lifting the veil off its new project at E3 next week.

Citing a ‘trusted senior development source, the report states that the company is busy beavering away on two games for Sony, though it isn’t currently known if they’re both for PlayStation 3.

Naturally, Quantic Dream has been a hot topic as of late following its stunning real-time tech demo Kara, which was displayed at GDC back in March.

The studio, founded by David Cage, has been tipped to make an announcement regarding its new game at E3 for some time now. In fact, it was rumored to reveal its next game at E3 2011, though that obviously didn't happen.

Will Quantic Dream announce its new project next week? Stay tuned to PSU.com to find out.

GOD I hope they do. I played Heavy Rain to death. Never got to play Fahrenheit, but from what I've seen it looked so good. I have it somewhere, but I have no means of playing it. Total shame.

@1 Yeah I hate the fact that I never got around to playing Indigo Prophesy either. Always wanted to play that game.

    Can't wait for the reveal!
