Barmy beat-‘em-up JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle is currently in development exclusively for PlayStation 3, CyberConnect 2 has announced.

The fighter will include numerous characters from the long-running mangaas playable combatants. Examples include a chap who mounts a horse that delivers a nasty kick to the face, and another who boasts tornado fist punches.

The announcement comes following the reveal of a new anime version of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, which centres on a group of martial artists from a part-British family known as the Joestars.

Developer CyberConnect 2 might ring a bell with a few of you; they worked on this year’s Asura’s Wrath and have also pumped out a plethora of games based on the Naruto series in recent years.
