BioWare revealed the teased announcement from this morning that Mass Effect 3 is going to receive its first single-player downloadable content since the Extended Cut release.
Titled Leviathon, this upcoming DLC will feature more backstory on the Reapers, especially in terms of their origins. The complete description of Leviathon, as detailed in EA's Summer Showcase, is as follows:
"Mass Effect 3: Leviathan is the first story-driven, single player DLC to be made available since Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut. Leviathan expands upon the events of Mass Effect 3 with Players will be able to discover more about the origins of the reapers as they race across the galaxy to unravel the mystery that surrounds the fabled Leviathan."
Apart from the vague reveal, nothing else was said to detail it further, but we here at PSU will keep you informed as more information arises. Will the origins of the Reapers put Mass Effect 3 back in your PlayStation 3?
