PS3 gamers get one hour of exclusive Assassin's Creed III content

It was a pleasant surprise to see Ubisoft debut the naval combat of Assassin's Creed III during Sony's E3 2012 press conference, and now it seems that PS3 owners will be in for more surprises when the game launches this November.

As seen on the box art image for Assassin's Creed III on Amazon UK, the PS3 version of the game will feature "60 minutes of exclusive gameplay". We have absolutely no indication what this content might be, but it's great to see Ubisoft backing the PlayStation Nation with PS3 bonuses alongside tremendous PlayStation Vita support.

Speaking of Vita, perhaps the exclusive PS3 content has something to do with a gameplay link between Assassin's Creed III and PS Vita tie-in Assassin's Creed III: Liberation? Only time will tell, but we're sure excited for both!

Let us know what kind of PS3-only gameplay you're hoping for in the comments below.
