Electronic Arts has revealed that the publisher is flirting with the idea of using Sony’s Cross Buy service for Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
This would essentially mean that gamers who purchase the adrenaline-fuelled racer on PlayStation 3 will receive the PlayStation Vita release for free.
“We’re taking it under consideration,” EA told IGN, “but we have no specific plans to announce at this time.”
Sony has already announced a trio of titles that will take advantage of Cross Buy, including PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
Stay tuned to PSU.com for more details as we get them.
