Rockstar has unveiled yet another fresh batch of Grand Theft Auto V screenshots for your consumption.

This latest bunch seems pretty action-focused, depicting a Police chase and a scene where a chap is shooting at a chopper.

Check them out below. GTA V has yet to receive a release date, and Rockstar still hasn’t even confirmed what platforms it’ll be released on.

this game looks gorgeous... I thought they'd just build off the old game and have the same graphics with slight improvements but it looks like they've really bumped it up.

Agreed, those pics do look beautiful.  That said, devs nowadays trick us with all the pre-release pics and trailers etc...  Don't fall for it.  I can't imagine the game looking that good.

@Game,  Even the PC version won't look as good as those pics.  Marketing.  They want us to oooh and ahhh now so we pre-order and commit our money to them.  In the end I can't imagine GTA V to look that much better than ole Niko and GTA IV.  Just sayin.

Why can't it look like this? Plenty of other games do. People always want better graphics, physics and storylines. Rockstar usually delivers

The final version won't look as good on PS3 the console wouldn't handle it, I don't mind if the graphiques are the same as GTA4 because what I really want is the planes, helicoptors, basically all the cool stuff we had in san adreas. The best thing they could is to try to make the game more fluid and make the missions fun and different to each other. I'm really hyped for GTA coz I love the franchise, don't need no fancy HD PC photos to get me interested, just a release date.

The PS3 can handle much more than people think. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it looked like this. Nothing can be uglier looking than GTA IV though.

Really? I thought GTA4 looked very good. The graphics and the physics were awesome for a GTA game, which lets face it GTA is more about gameplay than graphics, but I still thought they were very good.

It really looks like they are going to make this the most epic gta of the series. Rockstar knows how to please their fanbase. With GTA 4, I played it and beat it and then played a bit more for about a month or so and stopped playing it. I liked it a lot but, I was done with it.

Lets hope this one has that same replayability as Vice City or San Andreas or even GTA 3.
