Last week’s rumored Killzone Trilogy is indeed the real deal, and will be heading to PlayStation 3 in October 2012, Sony has announced.
The three-game bundles includes a Trophy-compatible HD version of the original Guerrilla Games shoot-‘em-up, as well as Killzone 2 and Killzone 3. In addition, the pack also features all multiplayer DLC for the latter two instalments.
The Killzone Trilogy will be released on October 23 in North America and in Europe on October 24. It’ll set you back $39.99/€49.99/£40.84.
Lastly, Guerrilla Games confirmed on Twitter that the HD version of Killzone will also be made available separately. More info is expected at a later date.

Yet those of us who paid full price for each individual game separately still have to pay full price for the DLC on the store. How comes DLC doesn't depreciate over time? When a game becomes old, DLC should become bundled and heavily discounted, rather than just providing all these bonuses for people that are yet to buy or have to re-purchase all the games!
