If you’re eager to get your mitts on Borderlands 2 this week and aren’t particularly afraid of heights, then you might be pleased to know that 2K is offering you the chance to win a copy of the game this Friday – by performing a bungee jump.
Yep, this Sunday, September 23, 2K is asking gamers to turn up at Ely’s Yard, Brick Lane, London U.K., to leap off of a specially-designed Borderlands 2 bungee crane, bagging you a free copy of the Gearbox-developed sequel.
The event will take place between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. at the Old Truman Brewery on a first-come, first-served basis.
Said Ben Lawrence, 2K’s U.K. PR Manager: “We want to provide an afternoon of extreme fun and discover just how psycho Borderlands 2 fans can get.”
“A bungee jump is the perfect way to truly test your nerves and we’re excited to bring the insane pleasure of the game into the real world.”
Borderlands 2 is due out in the U.S. tomorrow and hits the U.K. this Friday for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. Stay tuned to PSU.com for our full review shortly.
