Fans of classic Dante, rejoice! Capcom has announced a DmC costume pack for download on January 30.

For $4.00, you will be able to play DmC with an outfit and hairstyle reminiscent of Dante's incarnation from the original Devil May Cry trilogy on PlayStation 2 (and 2008's Devil May Cry 4 on PlayStation 3). Of course, the reboot incarnation's different facial features remain, but his trademark white hair and crimson robe should help appease longtime fans.

The pack will include three costumes: Classic Dante, Dark Dante, and Neo Dante, all pictured below. Be sure to check out our glowing review of DmC, and tell us if this costume pack will sway any skepticism you may have.

The Classic skin should be a welcome addition to those who like both the old and the new. As for the purists of old, well, good luck with that, Ninja Theory/Capcom. But it's a welcome addition nonetheless. The last skin seems inspired by the fashion sense of many who might be interested in this game. Clever, NT/C...

Sorry, I'm not paying $4 for that. That to me, is very over priced just to LOOK like the classic Dante.

As someone who was once a hater, I actually really like new Dante. I like them both for different reasons and in different ways. BUT. These costumes should have been an unlock for beating the game on certain difficulties. Not paid DLC. Oh Capcom... I miss your PS2 days...

I agree with you mate "Darkvincent07", I hate DLC that you have to pay for, especially costumes!

This looks to me as nothing more than a cop out. The new Dante is likable in his own way, and as the 1st image shows, he just isn't meant to look like the old one. The original Dante imo is the most stylish badass in gaming, and it's more than just about a costume. The 2nd one actually looks pretty good. The 3rd; well, let's just say that it'd be embarrassing even if it were an unlockable, seems to me that Ninja Theory had a lot of queer S&M thoughts while making that one, not cool. And finally, I agree with DarkVincent  too that $4 for just costumes is a ripoff. *sigh* The rise of DLC wasn't supposed to mean the death of unlockables.
