Capcom has dropped fresh details on its forthcoming expansion pack for Dragon’s Dogma, titled Dark Arisen.

The publisher confirmed that the DLC will be released simultaneously for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in the U.S. on April 23, followed by Europe on April 26. Dark Arisen will be available to purchase on disc and as a digital download.

Packing new areas, missions enemies and more, Dark Arisen sees gamers exploring Bitterblack Isle in a fresh quest that sees them uncovering an underground realm. Owners of Dragon’s Dogma can import their characters and saved data into Dark Arisen and enjoy new high-level skills, weapons, Pawn augments and armor.

In addition, those of you who own the original game will benefit from 100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones, plus the Gransys Armor Pack, which offers six fresh costumes.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will set you back $39.99.
