If you check the article on Rockstar Newswire, they mention the delay was 'about four months'. The release window would have been pretty similar to GTA IV.

Not necessarily a bad thing. The release is closer to the original launch window (October) that the series was known for.

 HAHA I love Rockstar, they are so unpredictable sometimes. Have they ever released a GTA in Sept? Just when you think all the rumors are adding up, bam they break them.

Though it would have been cool if it came out in April for my bday. I think Rockstar knows what they are doing, give them some more time to perfect everything :)

Imagine if the PS4 comes out in September as well and this turns out to be a launch title? Mind Blown.

I bet M$ is gonna pay Rockstar again for delaying the ps3 dlc's. I don't mean to be a wet blanket here, but if I'm right I get to say "I saw this coming" once it happens :)

PSU is informing us that the game is not exlusive. You don't get upset when they mention a game is for the PC. PC's are Windows OS, Windows is Microsoft... Microsoft is xbox.
